Ramdalen sports centre offers a learners’ pool and a 25-metre pool.
The centre also has a pleasant gym on the mezzanine level with all you could want, both exercise and group training machines.
 
We also offer training on a Kinesis machine. The Kinesis machine is like a resistance machine using three-dimensional movements.

At the end of a training session, a long working day or as a gentle start to the weekend, spending time in this relaxing environment is wonderfully calming for body and soul. Enjoy a jacuzzi, sauna, Roman baths and sun shower.
