How do I register a change of address?
Inform reception at your Medley centre. You can also send an e-mail with your new details to your Medley centre.

How do I change my account number?
You can fill in a form for this at your Medley centre¹s reception. You can also download this pdf document and send it, completed and signed, to your Medley centre.

How can I terminate my autogiro?
Your contract period is 12 months. If notice of termination is not submitted at least 2 months before the end of the 12-month period, the contract will automatically be extended and the notice period from then on will be 2 months. To terminate the autogiro, fill in a form at your Medley centre¹s reception or download this pdf document.

Can I take out an autogiro if I want a fitness grant from my work?

How do I set up an autogiro?
Go to reception at your local Medley centre for more information and an autogiro form. When you hand in your form at reception, you will also be asked to make the first monthly payment in cash. After that, the payment will automatically come out of your bank account every month.
